How soon can I get an appointment and or change one?
Our goal is to accomodate our patient's needs as soon as possible:

Urgent care appointments can be made within a 24-hour time frame.
Physicals can be made within 1 week.
Routine appointments within 72 hours.
We do charge a $25 cancellation fee if a 24 hour notice is not given.
Physical and Procedure appointments do require a 24 hour confirmation from you to secure your appointment time. This allows other patients not to be deprived of doctors care.

How do I get a prescription refilled?
Established patients can notify their pharmacy directly to request a refill. For mail-in prescriptions, please call our office. Please allow 24 to 48 hours turn around time for refills.

We have two female Nurse Practitioner. Call our office for their schedule.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
You should bring the following to your first appointment:

Your insurance card
Co-pays
Completed new patient and history forms.
Written list of your medications
Any prior medical records available
A form of picture I.D.

What do I do if I have a problem after hours?
If you feel it is a life-threatening emergency, call 911. Otherwise call our main number, (951) 698-7550, for the doctor on call instructions.

Will you bill my insurance?
If we have a contract with your insurance we will send in a claim. As a courtesy, we will bill your secondary insurance. Any balance after 30 days will be the patient's responsibility.

What if I don't have insurance?
Yes, Payment for all services is due at time of service. We accept cash or credit cards.
